Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and processes to improve plant operations and ensure safe, efficient operations and maintenance of all systems.
Perform daily checks and logging of equipment operations; optimize efficiency through preventative/predictive methods.
Complete CMSS-generated PMs and assigned Work Orders; focus on proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Identify and eliminate root causes of failures; provide long-term, permanent solutions to recurring problems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and in-house knowledge base systems to improve department efficiency.
Follow all SOPs for the area worked, including food safety and quality protocols.
Adhere to GMP, PPE, SSOPs, and SQF guidelines for food safety and quality.
Meet production needs and goals while minimizing product shrink and downtime.
