H.B. Fuller in Mesquite, TX seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure safe, efficient plant operations on a 3rd shift schedule. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime while upholding quality and safety standards.

Pay ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience; benefits and a comprehensive rewards package are included. On-site position with weekend rotation and CMMS usage.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Mansioni

• Follow safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose issues and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Operate forklifts and maintain required training.
• Document repairs, purchases, and inventory; track maintenance using CMMS.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members.
