Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose issues and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Operate forklifts and maintain required training.
• Document repairs, purchases, and inventory; track maintenance using CMMS.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members.
