Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Chagrin Falls, OH, on the 1st shift. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support equipment installations in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include safety-first operations, accurate documentation, and collaboration with engineers. The role offers competitive pay between $32 and $36 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate forklifts and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and high-hazard task procedures
• Maintain and enhance preventative maintenance programs
• Complete documentation for repairs, purchases, audits, and compliance activities
• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utilities maintenance
• Conduct maintenance on production equipment involving chemicals and adhesives
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
• Install new machinery and support commissioning processes
• Train team members in basic maintenance practices
