H.B. Fuller - USA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Chagrin Falls, OH. This role supports the maintenance program by performing preventative maintenance, collaborating with engineers on projects, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of production equipment.

The position requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, PLC/HMI troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across departments. Typical shift is 1st shift with occasional overtime and weekends as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of technical training and maintenance experience.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills (pumps, mixers, general machinery).
• Experience with PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate forklifts, lifts, and hoists; ability to work at heights.
• Preferred: read P&IDs and technical drawings; pipefitting; OSHA 10-Hour General Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and high‑hazard task procedures.
• Maintain and enhance preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete documentation for repairs, purchases, audits, and compliance activities.
• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utilities maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Install new machinery and support commissioning processes.
• Train team members in basic maintenance practices.
