Job description

Job Title: Dock and Door Service Technician

Internal Title: Dock and Door Service Technician

This position is based out of Crown’s Dayton Branch location and will provide coverage to Sidney, Piqua, Urbana, Ohio, and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Service, troubleshoot, and repair dock and door equipment
2. Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment
3. Welding
4. Maintain a service van and its inventory
5. Process paperwork upon completion of each job

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Technical school graduate preferred
2. Mechanical and electrical aptitude
3. Welding experience
4. Good written and verbal communication skills and customer care skills
5. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks

Pay range for this position is $23.85 to $35.35 per hour.
