If you're seeking a career that values innovation and teamwork, join our growing team at our Denver, PA facility. We are currently hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic! Ideal candidates will be able to work 1st shift, Monday - Friday, with a flexible start time between 5AM-7AM.

The Maintenance Mechanic will handle equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting using manuals, drawings, schematics, welding, and metal fabrication. They will assist the Plant Sr. Maintenance Mechanic and Plant Maintenance Lead, mentoring Plant Mechanic B as needed. The role requires ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain and renew all certifications required for Plant Maintenance Mechanics.
• Perform cleaning, inspections, adjustments, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns and execute repairs.
• Possess extensive knowledge of plant equipment operations, able to interpret OEM manuals, diagrams, schematics, recalls, and tech bulletins.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of various equipment including air compressors, welding systems, cranes, CNC equipment, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, motors, pumps, HVAC, mixers, and conveyors.
• Complete and maintain inspection reports, equipment logs, maintenance reports, and document materials and time entries, both electronically and on paper.
• Detect and report unsafe conditions, defective materials, and improper operation. Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations at company, local, state, and federal levels.
• Engage in welding and metal fabrication tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a role model.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of trade school in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' plant maintenance experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience required.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Trade school certification in relevant trade.
• Master Trade license preferred.
• Universal refrigerant certification preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 10-hour OSHA safety certification required; 30-hour preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
