Job Description

Primo Brands is seeking Full-time Maintenance Mechanics for our Hollis, ME manufacturing/bottling facility. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment used in bottling and packaging operations.

Factory Location: Hollis, ME
Compensation: $39.75/hour
Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:00 pm - 5:00 am, rotating schedule (2/2/3)
Sign-on Bonus: $5000 (incremental payouts)
Relocation: Up to $7500 for out-of-state candidates (restrictions apply)
Retention Bonus: $500 quarterly, contingent on employment status

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, including repairs and overhauls.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and participate in related projects.
• Support installation, retrofits, and upgrades of equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Train and communicate with team members to improve response to equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems.
• Support various plant areas such as Production, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, and Waste Water Treatment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with high and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boilers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing.
• Mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings.
• Electrical knowledge of single and three-phase power, motor diagnosis, and replacement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform inspections and reach various areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP systems preferred.
• Availability for shift work, call-ins, and support as needed.
