$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Duties

• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing devices, listening for issues, and using testing instruments.
• Remove defective parts, dismantle devices, and examine parts for wear or damage.
• Inspect parts to determine dimensional changes using measuring instruments.
• Adjust devices and control instruments with hand tools and levels.
• Control downtime by informing production staff about routine maintenance and monitoring compliance.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies, and manage orders and receipts.
• Conserve resources by efficient use of equipment and supplies.
• Provide maintenance information and answer related questions.
• Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team continuity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
