Job summary

TMS International is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Mesa, AZ location to lead maintenance operations in a 24/7 steel mill environment. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate PMs, plan capital projects, and foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems, adherence to OEM guidelines, and collaboration with Operations to align maintenance with production needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance staff and contractors.
• Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Plan PMs, capital projects, and maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OEM requirements.
