Job summary

Chicago Anodizing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Chicago, IL to lead maintenance on anodizing equipment, wiring, blowers, hoists, and electrical boxes. You will manage routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure reliable operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, work independently, and strong problem solving. HVAC experience and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• HVAC experience.

Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager with a strong foundation in industrial, mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our anodizing equipment, including wiring, blowers, hoists, and electrical boxes, through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.
