Job summary

Chicago Anodizing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Chicago, IL to lead maintenance on anodizing equipment, wiring, blowers, hoists, and electrical boxes. You will manage routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure reliable operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, work independently, and strong problem solving. HVAC experience and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards.
