Job summary

The Neil Jones Food Company in Firebaugh, CA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the plant. You will manage maintenance staff, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure reliability and safety while supporting production targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting for maintenance, optimizing steam/utilities, and driving continuous improvement. A BS in Engineering and 5+ years of supervision in food manufacturing are required; ability to

Qualifications

BS Engineering or equivalent mix of education/experience.
5+ years direct experience in maintenance supervision and process analysis.
Food-manufacturing background with preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability focus.
Tomato processing and aseptic systems experience preferred.
Willingness to pass pre-employment screening and work extended shifts during peak season.

Responsibilities

Generate or adapt equipment/technology to meet plant needs and solve problems.
Oversee plant infrastructure: supervision, installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
Develop and manage annual plant operating budget for maintenance programs and improvements.
Manage maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks for production readiness.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
