Job summary

ATS, founded in 1985, is seeking an expert maintenance technician in the United States to perform high-level break-fix and preventive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems. You will design improvements, troubleshoot complex control systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and elevate reliability.

Requires 7+ years in the industry or an associate degree with technical focus, and a strong background in vibration analysis, laser interferometers, and

Qualifications

• High School graduate with technical focus or an associate degree and 7 years of related experience; or 10 years in the industry.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis, laser interferometer operations, precision alignments and maintenance of equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; capable of analysis and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance; design equipment improvements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems; support production lines as required.
• Lead CI activities; identify parts and drive cost-saving solutions.
• Update CMMS records and support training of less experienced technicians.
