Job summary

Ken’s Foods maintenance team seeks an experienced technician to service pumps and automated packaging equipment, interpret schematics, and perform welding and plumbing tasks. You will train junior mechanics and uphold strict食品 safety and GMP standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, safety focus, and the ability to work with both low and high voltage systems in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of packaging machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on pumps and automated packaging equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot controls.
• Weld (gas and arc) and solder as required for installations and repairs.
• Handle plumbing tasks including threading and fittings (iron, copper, PVC).
• Identify and order parts from manufacturers’ manuals and prints.
• Train other mechanics and share knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Ken’s Foods safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
