Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance and lead a unionized hourly workforce. You will schedule work, monitor preventive maintenance, and drive equipment troubleshooting to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage maintenance projects across the plant. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamaqua, PA, reporting to the HR Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management.
• Ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers.
• Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Proven project management ability.
• Strong leadership to guide maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Oversee facility upgrades and renovations.
