Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing operations in the Franklin, IN area. You will maintain and service plant machinery, interpret drawings, and support engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Interpret mechanical drawings to service equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve equipment.
• Communicate needs to supervisors and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist electricians and engineers on routine tasks.
• Keep tools and work areas organized.
• Promote a safety culture in all tasks.
