Job summary

ArtiFlex Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems on the plant floor.

This role supports daily operations by performing preventative maintenance and addressing mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include diagnosing a wide range of systems, reading blueprints, and completing accurate maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Maintenance Journeyman Card is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, machinery, and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot stamping presses, robotic systems, conveyors, welders, cranes, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
