Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks an experienced electrician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems at our Corteva site in Illinois. You will operate electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment for production facilities and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires Journeyman Electrician status with NEC knowledge, a valid driver's license, and capability to work independently or in teams. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required during seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license and NEC knowledge required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy; willingness to learn company apps.
Able to perform physical tasks, climb, and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

Operate electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control equipment for process and facility.
Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and inspections per guidelines.
Assist program leaders with electrical safety program to ensure compliance.
Follow OSHA/PSM and safety procedures and Corteva safety rules.
Recommend improvements to electrical systems and add devices or hardware as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
