Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced industrial electrician to join our team at Corteva’s St. Joseph, Illinois site.

You will operate and maintain plant electrical systems, perform troubleshooting, and uphold safety standards to keep production running smoothly. The successful candidate has a Journeyman Electrician credential, NEC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to work overtime and weekends during seasonal peaks is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with industrial experience.
• Ability to interpret the NEC.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic software tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
• Strong safety and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections.
• Review and assist with the electrical safety program for compliance.
• Follow safety procedures including OSHA, PSM, and Corteva safety policies.
• Make recommendations for improvements to electrical programs or hardware.
• Other duties as assigned.
