Job summary

Presrite Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime and relies on CMMS for work order management.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and be able to operate CNC machinery and 480VAC/120VAC/24VDC systems safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced technical or college training preferred.
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
• Military experience is a plus (engine, aircraft, heavy equipment maintenance).
• Experience with predictive maintenance such as thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasound, tribology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical drive systems, conveyors, presses, CNC machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Operate CMMS to manage work orders and update maintenance records.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing; gather parts for repairs.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory and work with supervisor to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety and performance standards while performing maintenance tasks.
