Job summary

Reliance, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Maintenance Person with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance to join our plant team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring safe operation.

Candidates should have 5-7 years experience in industrial electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, welding, and related disciplines. We offer an excellent benefits package and three weeks PTO in the first year.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding.
• Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Perform job duties in a safe manner.
• Trouble shoot and repair all pieces of equipment in the plant including cranes.
• Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.
• Fabricate parts for equipment.
• Communicate with vendors when troubleshooting equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor as necessary to complete the shift.
