Job summary

Presrite Corporation in Ohio is seeking a CNC Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment. The role includes preventative maintenance and entering job data into the CMMS to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, understands hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment, and can work off shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment
• Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Comfortable with computers
• Capable of using hand and power tools
• Experience with CMMS preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work off shifts and weekends
• Team player with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Military maintenance experience a plus
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools (Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasound)

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of equipment and CMMS usage
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and CNC equipment
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing
• Gather parts and perform repairs
• Update maintenance processes and systems with Maintenance Manager
• Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders
• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools
• Assess condition of parts using micrometers and calipers
• Maintain parts inventory via work orders
• Enter job information into CMMS regularly
• Adhere to safety and performance standards
