Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment, performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires at least four years of industrial maintenance experience and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including 480VAC 3Ø, 120VAC and 24VDC.

Candidates should be proficient with CMMS, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and willing to work off shifts and weekends as

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and working off shifts/weekends.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical drive systems, conveyors, presses, CNC machinery.
• Identify faulty equipment and gather parts for repairs.
• Enter job information into CMMS on a routine basis.
• Attend shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Operate cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools safely.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory via work orders.
