Competenze

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in developing a career in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical work, or the skilled trades.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively under the direction of skilled trades personnel.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how industrial equipment operates.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach.

Mansioni

• Assist mechanics and electricians with preventive maintenance (PM) activities, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, parts replacement, and other assigned maintenance tasks.
• Support skilled trades with repairs to production equipment, machinery, facility systems, and related components.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls by helping diagnose issues, gathering tools and parts, securing the work area, and supporting corrective repairs.
• Perform machine cleanouts and prepare work areas, tools, equipment, parts, and materials.
• Follow instructions, standard work, maintenance procedures, and established safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping around equipment and work areas.
