Job summary

JLL is seeking a hands-on Utility Person to support a manufacturing facility in Brookville, OH. Responsibilities cover industrial machine cleaning, waste management, light maintenance, and inventory assistance to ensure production continuity and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in facility maintenance or related fields, with experience operating forklifts and other equipment while following safety standards. This position is on-site in Brookville, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse operations, or production support environments.
• Experience operating forklifts and other mobile equipment with safe protocols.
• Ability to comply with facility standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25+ pounds and perform extended bending/reaching.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism under stress.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial machine cleaning and proper disposal of production waste.
• Operate floor cleaning and material-handling equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with light building maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing.
• Manage disposal of waste, chips, filters, and recycling per site standards.
• Support inventory needs for Facilities, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Maintain safe, organized workspace following safety procedures and policies.
• Provide general facilities support as requested by the Facility Manager.
