Qualifications

• Non-Credit Adjunct faculty must have a minimum of an Associate degree with direct work experience in the specific content area.
• Non-Credit Adjunct faculty teaching a non-credit workforce course must have an Associate degree or direct work experience in the content area with a certification (if applicable).
• Official transcripts will be required at time of interview.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Will be subject to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide course syllabi (minimum college requirements, holidays, grading policy, course information, attendance, books and resources, and accreditation details).
• Maintain accurate records for reporting grades and attendance.
• Provide student evaluations in accordance with institutional guidelines.
• Meet deadlines for end-of-course documentation to the division office.
• Complete required Dallas College professional development hours per academic year.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
