Job summary
TechR2, LLC seeks an Equipment Maintenance & Fabrication Technician to build, repair, and maintain TechR2 equipment, including data-destruction and degaussing systems. The role blends preventive maintenance with hands-on machining, welding, and metal fabrication to ensure reliability and safety across operations.

Qualifications
- Education includes a high school diploma or GED with a technical/vocational program.
- Preferred Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on data-destruction equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system faults.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate and test equipment to manufacturer specs and quality standards.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals for troubleshooting.
- Fabricate or machine replacement components using manual/CNC tools.
