Job summary

Haleon is hiring a Machine Maintenance Mechanic in the United States. The role involves routine inspections, Repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment including motors, pumps, and piping.

You will respond to trouble calls, troubleshoot malfunctions, and work with production and engineering to improve processes and equipment functionality. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and strong skills in electrical and mechanical systems, with experience reading engineering

Qualifications

• Must understand electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations (FDA, OSHA, NYS).
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic controls, sensors, drives.
• Document repair and maintenance activities with accurate records.
