Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex schematics.
- 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- 5 years of mechanical, HVAC and electrical experience.
- EPA 608 Universal Certificate or ability to obtain within 3 months after hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC systems and other refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and repair facility air systems, including air compressors and air dryers.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of machine tools including mills, lathes, machining centers, as well as cranes and other facility equipment.
- Assist in installation or moving mills, lathes and machining centers.
- Assist with installation of telephones, network systems, security systems and facility electrical systems.
- Handle all types of maintenance to building, grounds, and facility.
