Job summary

Donaldson in Stevens Point, WI is seeking Machine Operators to safely operate machinery and perform quality checks on production lines. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and following blueprints with basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Able to use hand/power tools and measuring equipment (gages, calipers, indicators, scales, tape measures).
• Able to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Set ups and operates various machines and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Operate material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks and lifts.
• Follow blueprints and use computer for production-related tasks.
• Rotate through positions as required and participate in continuous improvement.
