Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 65 lbs.
• OT and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with safety rules.
• Monitor machine cycles and detect errors, noises, or tool wear.
• Inspect finished parts using gauges, micrometers, calipers and other precision tools.
• Assist with basic setup, tooling changes, coolant, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; perform preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders.
