Job summary

The True Blue Company, LLC is hiring Industrial Machine Cleaners / Janitorial Associates for a food production facility in Saint Petersburg, FL. This full-time role covers all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) on a temp-to-hire basis, with hourly pay between $15.25 and $16.75 and benefits including medical/dental, weekly pay, and referral bonuses.

You will clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, follow sanitation protocols (BRC, AIB, GMP), use mop, scrubbers, PPE, and dispose of waste properly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, breakdown and sanitize production equipment and machinery using appropriate tools and chemicals
• Proper cleaning of production utensils, ingredient bins and organic storage bins
• Remove grease, oil, and residue from surfaces
• Remove and properly dispose of all refuse and organic material inside and outside of the facility
• Adhere to food safety requirements pertaining to BRC, AIB, GMP and all other regulations
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work areas
• Use cleaning tools, PPE
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Dispense chemicals and other sanitation supplies to other employees
• Perform High Lift or Scissor lift work assigned
• Use scrubber machine and wet mop to clean the floors
• Use special equipment to clean the floor drains
• Clean bathrooms, locker rooms, and office areas

Job Responsibilities

• Perform High Lift or Scissor lift work assigned.


• Use scrubber machine and wet mop to clean the floors.


• Use special equipment to clean the floor drains.


• Clean bathrooms, locker rooms, and office areas as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.25 - $16.75 per hour.This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
