Job summary

Economy Linen and Towel Service, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Industrial Cleaner/Janitor to perform general cleaning in an industrial setting. Must have at least one year of janitorial experience and be able to work at heights on equipment such as forklifts or manlifts.

Growth opportunities available as you train with maintenance technicians. Position offers paid holidays, paid vacation, and weekly pay with a brand-new facility located centrally.

Qualifications

Job Description: Industrial Cleaner/Janitor McCall 2nd Shift

Economy Linen and Towel Service, Inc.the region’s premier linen provider is looking for a second shift Janitor/Industrial Cleaner to perform general cleaning and light maintenance duties in an industrial setting. The qualified candidate must have at least one year of previous janitorial experience in an industrial setting and MUST be able to work at heights (on forklift, manlifts, etc.). GROW. LEARN. ADVANCE. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture, sweep, mop, or vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in break rooms and/or kitchenettes
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space
• Clean windowsills, windows, and blinds
• Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers
• Notify management of any repairs needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least one year of previous janitorial experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to work at heights (on forklift, manlifts, etc.)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend
