The True Blue Company, LLC is hiring for Outside Grounds / Sanitation Associates at our food production facility in Saint Petersburg, FL. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a first shift schedule (6:45am-3:00pm) with a casual dress code and a modern, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior facility areas including dumpsters, loading docks, break areas, waste receptacles, silos, and surrounding grounds.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery; remove grease and residue from surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; use cleaning tools safely and correctly.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, BRC, AIB, and regulatory requirements; work safely with minimal supervision.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned; assist with yard work and restocking supplies.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on job ideal for reliable candidates who are ready to work. We have first shift 40 hour work weeks available:

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining exterior facility areas.
• Cleaning dumpsters, loading docks, break areas, waste receptacles, silos, and surrounding grounds.
• Following all food safety, GMP, BRC, AIB, and regulatory requirements.
• Working safely and independently with minimal supervision.
• Performing outdoor cleaning, restocking supplies, painting, yard work, and other assigned tasks.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery
• Remove grease, oil, and residue from surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work areas
• Use cleaning tools, including mops, brooms, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.00 - $14.75 per hour.This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
