Job summary

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking arm of Guggenheim Partners, is seeking Analysts to support the Global Industrials Group in New York. You will work closely with senior bankers on major strategic and financing assignments and develop marketing, sales, analytical, and communication skills.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of IB or equivalent M&A experience, strong organizational ability, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Core modeling and valuation experience in professional setting.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver client presentations with senior bankers and interact with clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Assist in design and development of complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents, including management presentations and pitchbooks.
• Perform client due diligence, prepare information memoranda and transaction-related documentation.
• Contribute to strategic frameworks, tools, and IP to aid business development.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze sector and industry trends.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
