• Core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on advisory and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses and identify M&A opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and company financials for client solutions.
• Build and monitor complex financial models for corporate finance alternatives.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using standard and proprietary models.
• Supervise analysis of accounting records to inform projections and strategy.
• Integrate strategy ideas into presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence on client companies and assess business models and forecasts.
• Prepare marketing materials and assist in deal pitches.
• Act as advisor for core accounts alongside senior bankers.
