You will guide valuation work, contribute to client pitches, and help develop junior bankers while traveling on deal assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategy meetings with clients regarding M&A.
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
• Define and review detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO).
• Lead financial analyses in M&A contexts and pitches.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Associates and Analysts.
• Participate in graduate recruiting.
