Job summary

BKM Management Company in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support new and renewal leases for its multi-tenant industrial portfolio across Atlanta and Florida. This in-office role collaborates with the Leasing Manager, marketing team, brokers, and investors to minimize vacancies and promote tenant satisfaction.

You will help draft leases, collect tenant information, update space tracking software including VTS and other tools, and maintain listing agreements while building positive

Qualifications

• Real estate license preferred.
• 3-5 years in leasing or property management in commercial real estate.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of new deals and lease renewals.
• Gather tenant qualification materials and run credit checks.
• Maintain leasing templates, files, and broker listings.
• Track commission invoices and ensure lease documents are processed.
• Tour spaces and foster positive tenant relationships.
