Job summary

Colonial Group in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial laundry facility. This shift runs Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm, with potential weekend overtime as needed.

You will service and repair washers and dryers, perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical tasks, and follow safety protocols to maintain equipment reliability and production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant equipment including high volume industrial washers and dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots technical issues using manuals and schematics; orders parts per policy.
• Maintains daily maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules and records.
• Ensures safe, clean work environment and follows safety procedures.
