Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Laborer to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced industrial environment where safety is the top priority.

You will assist with container movements, perform housekeeping, safely operate forklifts, follow procedures, support permit compliance, respond to emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work on-site and perform physical work.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities
