Tradebe Environmental Services in East Chicago, IN is seeking an Industrial Laborer for the 2nd shift to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This hands-on role emphasizes safety and efficient workflow.

You'll operate forklifts, assist with container movements, perform housekeeping, and follow all safety procedures while supporting compliance with permits and regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work on-site and perform physical work.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Opportunity Highlights

• Location: East Chicago, IN
• Shift:2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3pm-11:30pm
• Pay Range: $19.40 - $20.13 per hour
  • Base Pay: $18.90 per hour starting; Increases to $19.63 per hour after 90 days;
  • Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
