Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain (Plant Operations) to sit on-site at our Fort Worth, Texas facility. You will bridge corporate and plant-level supply chain, support material availability, inventory accuracy, and production continuity while standardizing processes across the network.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain with ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA), advanced Excel, and Power BI. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or related field.
  • 3+ years in supply chain, inventory management, material planning, or manufacturing ops.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required.
  • FEFO/FIFO inventory methodologies and warehouse compliance.
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend plant daily reviews and leadership meetings as embedded supply chain representative.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for plant supply chain needs and coordinate with corporate team.
  • Identify risks early and communicate between plant and corporate teams.
  • Lead root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions.
  • Audit warehouse/inventory practices and drive corrective actions with operations.
  • Monitor aging/obsolete inventory and coordinate with Planning/Procurement for disposition.
  • Develop and implement plant-level supply chain SOPs and ensure standardization.
  • Own plant KPI reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP) for leadership.

Position Description

The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain (Plant Operations) serves as the dedicated on-site

connection betweenDrinkPAK'scorporate Supply Chain team and plant-level operations. Fully embedded within the plant, this role attends all operational meetings, provides real-time supply chain support, and drives issue resolution to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and production continuity. At its core, this role exists to ensure the corporate supply chain team functions as an excellent shared service partner to the plant — responsive, accountable, and operationally aligned. The Analyst bridges plant-level execution with corporate visibility,identifyingrisks early, solving problems quickly, and leading the development of the processes and standards that keep operations running smoothly.

The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend all plant daily review and plant leadership meetings as the embedded supply chain representative.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for plant supply chain needs, connecting the right resources quickly and ensuring the corporate supply chain teamoperatesas a responsive shared service partner.
  • Proactivelyidentifyand escape material and capacity risks,maintainingclear andtimelycommunication between plant and corporate teams.
  • Provide rapid response to supply chain disruptions — including shortages, delivery failures, and inventory discrepancies — and lead root cause analysis to drive sustainable resolution.
  • Audit warehouse and inventory practices to verify adherence toestablishedprocesses, including FEFO/FIFO execution, material rotation, and storage standards; document findings and drive corrective actions with operations teams.
  • Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory and partner with Planning and Procurement to drivetimelydisposition.
  • Lead the development and implementation of plant-level supply chain SOPs, ensuring processes are clearly defined, consistently followed, and standardized across the network.
  • Own plant-level KPI reporting andmaintaindashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP) to deliver actionable insights to plant leadership and the corporate supply chain team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, ora relatedfield preferred.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, material planning, or manufacturing operations — preferably in beverage, food, or CPG.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systemsrequired.
  • Strong working knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory methodologies and warehouse compliance practices.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, develop written SOPs, and drive process adoption in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Excel skillsrequired; experience with Power BI or Tableaua plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — able tooperateeffectively across all levels of a plant organization.
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with a bias toward action and urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
