Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an IT/Desktop/EUC Support specialist in Herndon, Virginia. The role focuses on hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, imaging and configuring devices, and coordinating OEM warranties.

Candidates should have 4–5 years in IT/EUC support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow/ITSM. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and a solid understanding of H&S are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT/Desktop/EUC support experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
• IT asset/stock management and monthly audits.
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.
