Job summary

EnerSys in Greenville, SC is seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity, to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for a state-of-the-art Lithium Gigafactory, aligning with corporate IT standards and factory needs.

You will plan, design, and implement network, data centers, cloud, OT convergence, and security controls, coordinating with IT, operations, vendors, and partners to deliver a robust, secure digital backbone for advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and deployment of IT infrastructure including network systems, data centers, cloud architecture and OT.
• Coordinate wired/wireless networks, servers, storage and backups for 24/7 operations.
• Develop cybersecurity strategy and implement secure access controls, firewalls, IDS/IPS and related tools.
• Plan and manage project milestones, risk, resources and stakeholder communications.
• Assess cyber risk, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and conduct security audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, operations and legal to meet goals and SLAs.
• Develop and manage budgets; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
