Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity in Greenville, SC to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives for a state-of-the-art Lithium Gigafactory.

The ideal candidate will manage planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure, OT integration, and security measures, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver a robust, secure digital environment for advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar cybersecurity and project management certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence, cloud services, ICS, and network security in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment of the factory’s IT infrastructure including network, data centers, cloud architecture and OT integration.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy and execution to protect IT and OT from threats.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage cross-functional teams, track milestones and budgets.
• Assess cyber risks and ensure compliance with standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to implement technologies and manage SLAs and security requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives while maintaining security standards.
• Establish and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT/OT environments.
