Job summary

JLL is seeking an Industrial Investment Sales Associate in Miami, FL. You will focus on commercial real estate sales in the industrial sector, build sophisticated financial models, and mentor junior analysts while working with senior executives and clients.

The role involves leading deal processes, preparing advisory packages, and collaborating across JLL’s service lines to drive successful investment outcomes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2-3+ years of CRE underwriting experience, investment sales or industrial sector preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Argus and Excel; strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex financial modeling for industrial real estate transactions.
• Build and analyze models including development and waterfall/JV structures.
• Prepare investment advisory and financing packages for industrial properties.
• Lead weekly analyst meetings and mentor analysts in ISA underwriting.
