The role requires working at heights and precise measurement, with strict safety adherence. Qualifications include 4 years of insulation experience, NCCER-Ind Insul PV certification, a valid TWIC card, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Insulator is preferred.
• NCCER-Ind Insul PV, TWIC Card, and a Driver’s License are required/licensed.
• Must be able to work safely at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints and selects required insulation material.
• Work at heights with no fear.
• Brush adhesives on or attach metal adhesive to insulation material.
• Determine amounts and select insulation material (sheet, tubular, or roll) based on heat retention and location.
• Measure and cut insulation material to size and shape for surfaces.
• Wrap or attach insulation to structures following specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
