Job summary

Lubrication Equipment & Supply (LES), a SunSource company, is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to sell industrial hose and gasket products by phone and online, maintain accounts, and process orders. The role requires 5+ years experience or a BA, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hose and gasket industry is a plus.

You will work with account managers to resolve delivery issues and keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience and/or training; or Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to function in a fast paced, high volume environment using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of industrial hose and gasket industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell industrial hose and gasket products and maintain customer accounts.
• Take orders on the phone and over the internet.
• Enter orders and product quotes into the computer system.
• Emphasize salable features, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules and inventory.
• Prepares reports of business transactions in company database.
• Work with account managers to keep account activities up to date.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
