Quality Sourced Manufacturing, Inc. (QSM) is a key supplier behind the Tru-Flo Valves and Automation product line, based in South Carolina. The role focuses on customer accounts, order management, and technical sales support across CRM/ERP platforms.

The position requires 2–5 years in inside sales or customer service within manufacturing, with familiarity in valves, actuators, and flow control. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with industrial valves, actuators, automation, or flow control products is highly preferred.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain and manage accurate customer data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, lead times, and shipping status.
