Burkert USA Corp in Huntersville, NC seeks an Inside Sales professional to answer calls and emails, generate quotes, and move orders through the lifecycle. You will coordinate with Field Sales and other teams to meet regional goals while developing product knowledge.

The role requires 3–5+ years in customer service, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM. This onsite position offers a dynamic environment in a family-owned company.

Formación

• Experience in customer service in a manufacturing or office setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM, Windows, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and emails to the Inside Sales Department.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and certificates to move orders through lifecycle.
• Represent Burkert's offerings to customers and coordinate with Field Sales and others.
• Collaborate with distributors, OEMs and channel partners as needed.
• Build understanding of Burkert products, markets, and distributor models.
• Participate in trade shows and customer visits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
